1.1This website is operated by Merriman Diversified Commercial, LLC, a Florida licensed real estate corporation (Florida DBPR License CQ1075354), at 4491 S. State Road 7, Unit 301-11, Davie, FL 33314.
2Target and status
2.1This website is built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the target the build is written to.
2.2This website does not claim conformance with WCAG 2.2 at any level. No accessibility audit has been carried out. The statements in Section 3 describe measured properties of the build. They are not a conformance claim.
3What the build does
3.1Automated checks. Every page, at every screen width the build is designed for, is checked with the axe accessibility engine. The build passes only when those checks report no serious and no critical violations.
3.2Contrast. Text is rendered at a contrast ratio of 4.5:1 or higher against its background, in both the light and dark color schemes.
3.3Keyboard. Every interactive element can be reached and operated with the keyboard. Nothing that is hidden from view is included in the keyboard tab order.
3.4Focus. Every interactive element shows a visible 2-pixel focus ring when it receives keyboard focus. The ring is never removed. A "skip to content" link is the first element in the tab order on every page.
3.5Motion. If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, the website removes its transitions. The content is identical. Nothing is conveyed only through motion.
3.6Color. No state or meaning is conveyed by color alone.
3.7Overlays. This website does not use an accessibility overlay or widget, and none will be added.
